The fourteenth edition of the OTV Odisha Citizens Award (OCA) 2026 was launched on Sunday in Bhubaneswar, with this year’s edition themed ‘The Change Makers’.
The award recognises individuals whose work and dedication have made a positive impact on society. Honours are presented across 10 categories — Education, Social Service, Sports, Art & Culture, Agriculture, Entertainment, Public Service, Youth, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare and Aesthetic Change Maker
The grand event was graced by several prominent personalities, including Dr. Krushna Chandra Mahapatra, Minister of Housing & Urban Development; Berhampur MP Pradeep Panigrahy; Bhubaneswar-Ekamra MLA Babu Singh; Sri Pitambar Acharya, Advocate General of Odisha and international sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik.
The Odisha Citizens Award continues to stand as a tribute to the changemakers of Odisha — celebrating stories of courage, service, and impact that inspire a better tomorrow.
