Head of Tarang Music and Non-Fiction

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Tarang Music and Non-Fiction, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the team of ideation & implementation to achieve desired viewership & market share.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to content producers, writers, directors, and other team members.

Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct routine and thorough analysis of TRP rates to gauge program performance.
  • Implement specific action plans to achieve optimal TRP targets and audience reach.

Production Oversight:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of music and non-fiction content.
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain budgetary constraints without compromising on creative excellence.

Audience Engagement:

  • Analyze market trends and audience preferences to develop content that resonates with the target demographic.
  • Implement strategies to enhance viewer engagement and drive ratings for music and non-fiction programs.

Reality Shows Director and Concept Designer:

  • Lead and oversee the conceptualization and execution of reality shows, bringing creative vision to life as the director and concept designer. Responsible for crafting compelling narratives, coordinating production elements, and ensuring a captivating viewer experience.

Film Award Show Conceptualizer, Director, and Editor:

  • Spearhead the entire lifecycle of our Film Award Show, from ideation to execution. Conceptualize the theme, direct the live event, and oversee the post-production process, ensuring a seamless and spectacular presentation of the prestigious award ceremony.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with industry stakeholders, musicians, artists, and production houses to enhance the content portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to create integrated campaigns for content launches.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of production and presentation.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for music and non-fiction content, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
